  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: The first step is to view the rental home. This can be done by contacting our office. If the home fits your needs, we will provide you with an online application. Application processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days to complete. If approved, the security deposit needs to be paid within 1 business day to secure the home.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: We require a security deposit to secure the home. When the lease is signed, you will pay the first month’s rent which would be prorated as necessary based on the move in date.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: You must be 18 years old to apply.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes, the security deposit is refundable. Upon move out, a move out inspection occurs and a detailed security deposit accounting will be provided.
  • Q: Do you allow a cosigner?

    A: No, Premier Real Estate Group does not allow cosigners. Each adult must apply and qualify individually.
  • Q: How do I know if my rental application will be approved?

    A: The only way to know if you will be approved is by fully processing your application, the fee of which is not refundable. For our full screening criteria please read our Applicant Disclosure Form
  • Q: Is my application fee refundable?

    A: No, the application fee is not refundable.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: We offer a variety of rent payment options. The easiest way is online through your resident portal.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: The process for obtaining a pet is unique to each of our properties. Contact our office to see if your property would allow a pet. If your property allows for a pet, we would need a photo of the animal and an additional pet deposit.
  • Q: I want to move out, what do I do?

    A: Prior to the expiration of your lease, we require at least a 30 day written notice that you are vacating the home. Upon receipt of this written notice, we will provide you with our move-out procedures and cleaning guide to help make the move out process smooth and easy.
  • Q: MY LEASE EXPIRATION IS COMING AND I WANT TO RENEW MY LEASE. WHAT DO I DO?

    A: The last month of the lease, you will receive a renewal offer. This offer is contingent on you passing your lease renewal inspection. If everything passes, you simply sign your extension and enjoy another year in your home.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: The majority of the time the owner of the home is responsible for paying for the ongoing maintenance. However, tenants are responsible to report maintenance issues in a timely manner. Additionally, tenants are responsible to pay for repairs resulting from negligence or abuse.
  • Q: Is smoking allowed in the home?

    A: All of our properties are non-smoking residences.
  • Q: Is marijuana allowed in the home?

    A: Marijuana is not allowed in any of our properties.
