David has 40+ years of business experience, 35+ years in the Colorado Springs market. Since graduating from the University of Southern Colorado in 1979 he has worked in sales, customer service, management, and company ownership in the building and housing industry. David has a drive for running a business that serves the Colorado Springs community and leaves a legacy for the next generation.

Lance has lived in Colorado Springs since 1989 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991. He specializes in single family homes, property and rental market analysis, and has extensive experience in property management service. Lance is a property manager with invaluable knowledge and always conducts business with the utmost integrity.

Aaron is a licensed realtor and a Colorado Springs native. He has specialized in property management in the Pikes Peak Region since 2010. He has a background in maintenance, home repairs, as well as personnel management. He also has experience working with both buyers and sellers-from real estate investors to first time home buyers. Aaron loves walking with people through the entire real estate transaction. Aaron will always put in the extra effort to ensure his clients and tenants are well taken care of.

Lauren is a Colorado Springs native and after living and working in Seattle, Washington for 12 years she transitioned back to the Pikes Peak Region. Lauren has an extensive background working with people in a number of fields including banking, the legal sector, and cancer information and patient support. She strives to ensure that her work is the highest quality possible as she runs the daily operations of Premier Real Estate Group. Lauren prides herself on meticulous attention to detail and supportive communication with owners, tenants, and vendors-ensuring that each aspect of the financial side of property management runs smoothly for all parties.

Brindy is a Colorado Springs native and a valuable part of the Premier Real Estate Group team. Brindy has over 15 years of experience in customer care and support within several different industries. As a property manager Brindy is a professional who organizes and maintains daily property management tasks to include; inspecting properties for condition compliance, coordinating maintenance updates with contractors, building strong relationships with residents, and ensuring owners investments are handled with care.

Tiffani is a Colorado Springs native who is passionate about her community and providing guidance to owners and tenants alike as a property manager at Premier Real Estate Group. She has a versatile background in customer service, accounting, managerial roles, and most recently property management/real estate. Tiffani started in the property management industry 4 years ago as a property accountant and shortly became interested in becoming a property manager and obtained her real estate license in 2022. Tiffani strives to ensure she meets every interaction with tenants, owners, and vendors with professionalism, integrity, and care.

A recent transplant from the Pacific Northwest, Julia has over 15 years of experience in customer service, most of it in the restaurant industry. Julia is responsible for all leasing responsibilities and ensuring that the office operations at Premier Real Estate Group run smoothly every day. She is likely to be your first contact with our company and approaches each interaction with friendly professionalism and warmth.
