    A: We deposit owner draws directly into your bank account monthly.
  • Q: Who is responsible for the maintenance of the property?

    A: The owner is required to maintain their rental property. We hire licensed insured contractors on your behalf to handle all maintenance issues.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes, we are a full service real estate brokerage firm.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: We offer direct deposit on a monthly basis. We also offer check mailing if requested for an additional fee.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: Rent is due by the 1st of the month and considered late if paid after the 3rd. We provide many options for the tenant to pay their monthly rent including an online tenant portal.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: Most of our leases are 12 month leases. We also offer other lease options depending on the time of the year.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: The security deposit amount is equal to one months rent.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: Generally, we can start the management of a property within a few days.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We specialize in single family properties which includes houses, townhomes, condos, as well as small multifamily apartment complexes.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: You receive a monthly operating statement by email. Additionally, owners have 24 hour access to customizable reports and financial data on their property through the owner portal.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: The tenants’ security deposit is held in a trust account with Premier Real Estate Group.
